[sdiy] VC Sallen-Key with a 2164

I didn't write an article on that (as far as I remember), and I don't know
how to feed a buffer with a 2164. I can tell you from hard experience that
a 2164 absolutely needs to terminate at virtual ground. This is the single
most inconvenient thing about using 2164. In fact, it is just about the
only inconvenient thing about using 2164 (except for the need for all those
510R resistors and 560p caps).

The short answer: any design using 2164 has to be organized such that the
2164 terminates at the negative terminal of an inverting opamp with a
grounded + pin, or another 2164 input.
