They're standard M3 thread which maybe helps a little..
I used quite a few RKJXC1210s (sourcing them was hard even 5 years ago)
and initially used standoffs fitted with drilled wooden balls.
Then got some metal paddles done - very simple Solidworks design (must
have been 'cos I'm crap with it!) with integrated M3 thread.
Unfortunately I'm pretty sure I don't have any spare now.
By the way, despite having already said that I haven't yet really
checked the TBM joysticks I linked earlier, they instantly seem a lot
better than the old Alps.
For one, with the Alps you had to remove the springs and re-assemble in
quite a particular way to get the tension to remain firm - and they
suffered a bit from wobble/backlash.
The TBM ones feel much nicer.
