I don't mean like full surface mirror-shine, but definitely you can make
joints that can be described more as shiny than dull on part of the
surface. And there are many levels of dull. Really bad joints look like
made of grey tinted sand.

Changing the tip is 3-seconds job and it heats up before I'm able to
prepare for next task, so since I have a lot of tips anyway, no
justification here to have 2nd soldering station just because of
leadfree/leaded. Having 2nd one on 2nd desk is another story.

That's the point of entire EU legislation, which is driven by big
companies with big lobbying money, to force customers to replace, not
repair, and wipe out small businesses. But that's topic for another forum.
