No, I don't believe so and if it were it would be impractical in such a 
small Flash footprint (the runtime would likely contain more functions 
than are actually used by the target program).

A bit of Google shows me that C30 is a C compiler with no support for 
C++ anyway.  Perhaps in MPLAB-X or whatever it's called...
