[sdiy] C0G capacitor size differences?

I've heard the microphonics in a pair of X7R caps mistakenly placed as the
sensitive differential output caps of a ladder filter. Really loud result,
and the whole PCB became a microphone! Took a good while before we
understood the phenomenon. Not recommended at all. :-) C0G works fine
though.
