[sdiy] Dialog buys Atmel

The merger will create world leader in Power Management for mobile and 
embedded.
At least that's what the news say.

Dialog has also acquired iWatt (mixed-signal, power, RF) 2 years ago for 
peanuts comparing to Atmel deal.

Looks like powerfull power monopoly
