And don't forget about http://oshpark.com     It's so easy and sleazy to 
do two-sided
boards.  If you use eagle, you can upload the .brd file directly without 
any processing.

I've probably made about 10 orders from them in the last two years.  
They show you great
previews of the top and bottom and silk screen.  And you can pay no 
extra for shipping
if you want to go extremely cheap.

They've changed my design process.  I take bigger risks now and use lots 
of test points
and jumpers.  I still breadboard, heh.
