[sdiy] Prophet 5 Rev3 RAM issues

Functionally the 3.0 and 3.1 are identical, but the new RAM's are 4334's 
(or 6514 or uPC444C's) with a new 3 gates of a 7400 to adjust the timing 
along with a different CPU addressing scheme and new firmware. This same 
hardware made it's way through to the 3.3 with a 6116LP in it, so my 
logic is that the timings of a 4334 or similar is similar to the 6116 
but very different from a 6508.
I guess I will just have to experiment for a while and build 
daughterboards till I can make it work, but I am also tempted to say 
"it's a Rev 3 with bad RAM, it will never have presets again, live with it".
