[sdiy] Diecast enclosure for footswitch board with 12 switches..

Hi Jean-Pierre,

I thought about doing this a while ago, and decided that the 
easiest/cheapest way would be to get an aluminium C section and use 
wooden end cheeks and possibly a wooden base...
