[sdiy] Moog multi position switches

Hello,

I bought a Moog MKPH 12 phaser, which has one broken multiposition 
switch. Of course I could use a modern one (requires a bit fiddling but 
is possible), nevertheless I'd prefer the original. Does anyone have an 
idea, whether these still are made - or are available somewhere?
