[sdiy] MIDI phantom power...over 5 pin MIDI connector ?

I was rather willing to take all bandwidth just for MIDI which is 
possible to transmit by cheap TORX/TOTX devices, that is a few Mbps.

BTW, ADAT compatible chips are being made by coolaudio as V1401 and V1402.
