Hi Roman, thanks a lot. That chip looks good. I also found the MC34071
which can drive up to 10µF, is a tad cheaper but is not guaranteed to
drive 20mA (will do 10mA worst case though).
In the end I settled to the solution proposed by Richie that uses a LDO
with a bleeder resistor. Not because it's technical superior but it fits
better on the PCB :-)
