"No clean" = no clean.

You only remove it for either (a) cosmetic reasons (which is a stupid
reason - you do more harm than good by scrubbing away at the board),
or (b) on specific areas where you have high-impedance low leakage
circuitry (think S&H).  Otherwise leave it alone and all will be well.
