[sdiy] Noise transistor (again)

Hi,

So after a bit of playing with noise circuits I have 2 conclusions: the 
BC548 has good noise amplitude, and you have to watch DC offsets on the 
high gain amplifiers. I think I'll go with non-inverting amps with AC 
gain only.

However I need an SMT transistor. Is there an equivalent for the BC548 
in SMT?  Or an SMT version for that matter?
