I defer thanks onwards to someone at the MW forum!
Very good point on the Personal Payment - I got charged 1% too, though 
sounds like US people are getting charged 0% - ie. Personal Payment is 
best all round
(as long as PP don't kick up a fuss - they shouted at me several times 
when customers paid with personal payments)
