[sdiy] Eagle footprints

They have a site license for it where I work. The simulator isn't too bad, but I'm not keen on Ultiboard. That's why we bought Eagle for our PCB design work. Despite its quirks, Eagle is pitched just right in terms of complexity for the jobs it gets used for.
