I use Cordial CSP 1

it costs here 0,5 Euro / meter, which is ~ 0,20 UScent / ft

It is a two pole cable only, but in my career I have never seen starquad 
cables in an professional environment - even in the public broadcast 
studios (and the german public broadcast is not really known fro beeing 
careless in those issues).

I don't know whether this able is available in the US, but I definitely 
can recommend it. I even use it for longer 3.5mm patchcables, as it has 
the nice degree of stiffness, that I am missing with the usual patch cables.
