All MIDI messages extracted from separate special audio track, where 
they are encoded as audio. So you loose one audio output for MIDI. I'm 
not an DAW expert, but I think using decent MIDI interface the jitter 
may be down at similar level as this, and surely lower than any human 
can notice.
So for me it's snake oil.
