[sdiy] Rotary switch 6 positions 60deg throw..

Since the scanner speed will be driven through a DC motor
using PWM with a PIC micro I also thought I could use
a 360deg potentiometer (already have some) and divide the
A/D read values in 6 parts and layout the 6 positions on the front panel
like I would with  areal 6 pos. rotary..
Hmmm..
