[sdiy] Andromeda A6 repair?

Hi Roman,
It is probably best to assume the (208 pin) CPU needs to be replaced. A bad
CPU
could cause a bootloader reflash attempt to fail and then corrupt the
flash -
which means it needs to be replaced too. The display LCD module needs
its ceramic resonator replaced by a crystal for reliability of boot too.
Could
also be bad traces and a bazillion other things, depends on your luck.
But yeah, Andromedas are repairable!

Barry

So you sa we can all buy broken Andromedas now, and with help of your
flash chips loaded with bootloader and Alesis firmware (you can provide
it too?) we'll be able to bring it back to life?
Sorry for asking stupid questions, but I'm not entirely sure what you
actually offering. Anyway, that is great news.
If I only had a broken Andromeda...
