I don't have the card here, and I don't think the owner will want to remove
any sockets.

They do like a sub D with SCART plug contacts.
The aim is to make an extender cable to allow a number of cards that use
these connectors to be serviced outside the rack they are usually hidden
away in.
Swapping for different connectors across all of them would be too big a
project.

Are there any Japanese connector makers ?
If it isn't something US/UK people recognise, it seems more likely it could
be from a supplier local to Yamaha.

Synton used DIN 41612, European and readily available.
