[sdiy] SOIC LT101 equivalent / dilemma

   I did the exact same thing several years ago when converting the 
VCO153 boards to surface mount.  I foolishly thought the LT1013's SOIC 
pinout was, you know, the same as every other dual op-amp ever. ;) --Crow
