[sdiy] Building tube's based instruments ?

Hi !

Well, i'm working with a friend on cathodic television and
electronical music. For the joke, we'd like to go further and building
us a synth or synth-like instrument based on tubes.
Ken Stone has some schematics and i'll look around them, but would
some of you have books or references ?
I'm looking on everything which could let me have more knowledge about
that. If you have pdfs, or books, good web ressources..
