[sdiy] Where to get good no-clean solder in EU?

I may be totally wrong here, but if there was water soluble or any other 
flux in solder wick, it would quickly become useless, because the copper 
corrosion caused by agressive flux. So I'd expect that all solder wicks 
are tinned in no-clean flux.

There is one well educated chemist among us in this list, who's actually 
making modulars, so he may elaborate more...
