[sdiy] Where to buy Cool Audio V2159

Really, SmallBear still are the best for EU.
I've found their USPS standard postage rates VERY quick from US-to-UK - 
like under a week.
I don't know any EU suppliers for Coolaudio stuff..

Does it absolutely have to be the V2159? Is there a chance to track down 
a THAT version? (ebay, for example)
Are the THAT2180/2181 not similar? (They're pin compatible, surely?)
If so - ProfusionPLC (UK?) are good to check.
