[sdiy] Andromeda A6 repair?

Hi guys,
I have replaced the cpu and no change.
Replaced the "slow ram" (NVRAM) 70ns, no change.
Replaced the two "fast ram" 15ns chips and no I can't get it to go into 
diagnostic mode anymore.  Just the splash screen.
So I am wondering, should I try faster chips for the "Fast ram"?  They were 
having SRAM issues as it is mentioned in the service manual.
What I installed was the recommended brand/part.
Still waiting on the flash part from China.
The parts I removed I saved and can put back if need be.
