Call out for Tim of Magic Smoke.

This sort of thread / complaint comes up quite regularly:

Perhaps some form of change is needed where either people are warned 
that physical orders (rather than PDFs) may be slow or perhaps email is 
losing things (which would need to be addressed).
I don't think it is fair on people to keep orders open otherwise if they 
can't be fulfilled.
