Modulus 002 had some nice graphics though to help the user visualise the 
affect of changing settings like decay, resonance etc, from what I can 
remember.

I'd imagine it also showed the parameter value (say 0-100% or 0-127) whilst 
it was being tweaked but that probably goes off the screen a few seconds 
after you stop turning the encoder, or when you start tweaking a different 
parameter.
