[sdiy] Circuit thermometer / temperature measurement

Sometimes I use body thermometer, the emission kind, that you just poit
at forehead and press a button. It has a switch for body and general
temperature measurements, then the range is up to 100 deg.C. This has
pretty small lens so measured surface can be reduced to the size of one
component.

Anything that touches the component, like thermal sensor, thermocoouple
and so on, must be much smaller in size than the component, otherwise it
will work like a heatsink and temperature may drop dramaticaly.

FLIR also makes thermovision add-ons for iPhones, this comes much
cheaper as compared to regular FLIR camera. I think it's called Flir One.
