[sdiy] Help: Oberheim OB-Xa won't bend up

Tom I was looking at the same page and remarked the same thing to check the diodes that steer the Bend Up and Bend Dn voltages to their respective op-amps. It is very interesting that Oberheim chose this complicated circuit over the usual center-tapped pot that you usually see grounded on bender pots to achieve a dead band.. of course the OB-Xa you can trim these. Of course you have all those trimmers and extra circuitry that feed the VCO's.. hope the bender is programmable so you can turn it off.
It should be a simple matter to troubleshoot as you say.
