[sdiy] The API Lunchbox format

GroupDIY actually defined their own standard based on the 500 series:

But I'm with Tom, what would this add to the synth(diy) standards already out
there? Phantom power we likely do not need, rail voltages are similar. And
Doepfer has gate and CV on the 16pin PSU header, but the modules actually using
this are scarce.

There really are some nice modules in 500/51x format though! They certainly push
the envelope on density and quality.
