[sdiy] midi and DIN sync in the one connector

Yeah that's why I went with it, as my investigations triggering the  
voices with a square wave showed some nice tonal variation below 5  
volts.
(Well, actually, above 0 volts, as they are negative-going triggers  
from 5 to zero)
