[sdiy] Front panel design philosophies

In a lot of studio patchbays, the "Sends" are above the "Returns" for  
the desk inserts.

I agree, it didn't seem intuitive when I was putting together my  
little studio, but I kept to convention and I don't need to think  
about it now.
