The 13700 under the cascade as "IN" to the positive input. This
method, I'm guessing Olivier borrowed from the Juno / Jupiter synths
by Roland, changes the frequency response of the signal being shaped
by the resonance non-linearitity - which will change the tone of the
filter considerably with increasing resonance compared to the version
without such gain normalisation.
