Well, I spoke to the publishers (Cambridge University Press) the other
day and they said that the books had come back a few days early and
were now shipping.  Or maybe it's a US/UK thing?  Their UK warehouse
is in Rushden, not too far from Cambridge.

Try ordering to see if one turns up, otherwise you''ll have to wait
another _3_ days...
