[sdiy] Roland MC-50 panel switch cleaning

The switches are Alps SKPDAA according to the service manual, you can 
get the service manual at www.synfo.nl  Mouser has switches in the same 
series, probably with a different operating force. It seems that they 
renumbered the parts and Alps no longer stocks SKPDAA. You could also 
try Roland or a Roland service center near you.
