I have no first hand experience with this scope or one's in that class
but:

The schematic shows a hard wired AC coupled vertical amp input.  That
means you won't be able to measure DC.  Then the question is: What is the
frequency cutoff at the input?  Since it was used by a radio/TV tech,
that's probably an indicator that the scope is optimized for RF and TV
type signals that normally tolerate a cutoff frequency much higher than
audio.  Based on that, I'd not buy it unless I could confirm first hand
that it works at, say, 10 Hz (depending on your needs of course).
