I buy huge bags of them from China, in various depths - the button height is different.  Like, hundreds of 'em.  They cost pennies, and doing a quick button refresh on someone's beloved W30 is always good for a bit of extra beer money ;-)

Now if only I could find a good source for those bloody horrible encode-and-click encoders on Yamaha A3K/A4K samplers...
