I'm not sure what a "pocket o'scope" is, but I have something called a Picoscope that plugs into the USB port of my computer. It's pretty nice. It cost about $300, I think (Dan van Tijn gave it to me as a birthday present). The thing I like about it is that I can use it while sitting in my easy chair watching Buffy reruns.
