I picked up a 400Mhz/4channel LeCroy 9314AM recently with the FFT options
enabled for not very much - less than the price of my Rigol DS1052E. The Rigol
has been gathering dust ever since... Planning to get rid of it. For some reason
I didn't get along well at all with its user interface, whereas I felt
at home with the
LeCroy within a couple of minutes.

Local auctions seem to be the thing. University lab upgrades and the like.
