I wish I could help, but I went through the same exercise when working
on a Linn LM-1 and drew a blank. Please post if you find any!
In fact, it's not just plastic shafts that can be awkward - I've been
looking for knobs to fit a Soundmaster mixer whose faders have 4.8mm x
1.2mm metal shafts, but all the readily available knobs have either 4mm
or 6mm slots.
