[sdiy] Olde style slider caps

Back in the day, particularly in Europe, slider pots had thick plastic
shafts instead of the thin metal ones we have now. And it wasn't that
long ago when we could get hold of slider caps that could fit them.

However, I can't find any now from the usual suppliers. Has anyone a
source for said slider caps - ones that will fit old slider/faders with
2mm wide plastic tangs? US based Selco have some but have a minimum
order and only a limited range of designs.

The type of tang I am looking to fit is this:

Gear that used tangs like this are numerous mixing desks from the 70s,
various string machines like the Logan and Godwin, and the EMS Hi-Fli.

Many thanks,

Tony
