[sdiy] MonoSynth Note Priority over MIDI

   If it helps I did this sort of thing for my Yamaha CS-15 key assigner 
retrofit, which uses a last-note priority scheme with legato-style 
replaying of older notes if later ones are released:

   There is a github link in there for the actual code/schematic. The 
MIDI input handler routine and the "compactMidiNoteBuffer" call are the 
points of interest here.
