I agree with Tom, it looks like a fault to me. It doesn't look like the
CV returns to zero volts between notes like you said though, unless all
of the other notes are being output as negative voltages!?
The scope trace for the CV voltage seems to largely correlate with the
note pitches shown in your DAW, but it doesn't seem to represent the
highest note in the sequence properly, and the CV seems to go to some
arbitrary high voltage between notes (not zero.)
As Tom suggested, I would see what the other CV outputs do and work from
there.
