I agree too.  The schematic isn't very complicated.  The S/H DMUX chips
have a tri state control line that I'll bet is not getting toggled.  The
sample phase of the sample/hold is working but the hold phase is not
working.  Trace back from the tri state control and you'll find your part
failure.
