[sdiy] Electrix EQ Killer oscillation problem

Hi,
Does anyone have a schematic for the Electrix EQ Killer?

There seems to be a common problem with them locking up and emitting a  
high pitched squeal. What appears to me to be happening is that after not  
touching the low crossover knob for a few minutes the crossover point  
gradually drifts upward in frequency until it hits a point above 2k (the  
knob's clockwise end) and starts oscillating. Moving the crossover  
frequency knob resets the crossover to the knob position and stops the  
oscillation.
