John is correct: ain't no such thing as forever.
Perhaps try something like this:

and use epoxy instead of tape adhesives?

I'm no adhesive expert but I've never seen any tape that performs as well
as new "forever" and that's what you want. If there's a way, I'd try hard
to find mechanical fasteners instead (ty-wraps, string, etc). You don't
want to have to go in there again in 10 years.
That's coming from a 55 year old who's been opening up stuff since my
early teens.
