>I was curious unsure description doesn't quite tell me. Is this a bipolar dual rail power supply? It has +- terminals and ground so is it I don't know enough and want a bipolar supply. I emailed seller he says all the information is on the page. Doesn't answer question. Any ideas?
No, it's unipolar.
If you look carefully at the photo, you'll notice a metal strap between the - and gnd outputs. The outputs aren't referenced to the input line - you could move that strap to bridge the + and gnd terminals, and have a -30V supply. You'd need 2 of them for a bipolar supply.
