Hi!
No, this is just a single supply!
It only has dual mode (110V/220V)!
The header is misleading...
This could be used as dual supply (with additional third 5V output, nic to power a microcontroller part in your circuit beside the analog +/- supply):

I was curious unsure description doesn't quite tell me. Is this a bipolar dual rail power supply? It has +- terminals and ground so is it I don't know enough and want a bipolar supply. I emailed seller he says all the information is on the page. Doesn't answer question. Any ideas?
