Anyone here use these  ? The second generation type?

I've been running into them quite a bit  in papers

Trying to see if they can be implemented with plain old opamps or even OTA's 

Sadly they seem to be implemented a lot with CFOA's like the very expensive AD844

(Unless there is a cheap current feedback opamp I don't know about )
